Represented owner preparing contract documents for $200 million dollar manufacturing facility

Received favorable decision from the Supreme Court of Wisconsin in Brown v. Acuity, a case in which he briefed and argued the issue of discretionary immunity.  The Court accepted his argument, overturning a decision of the Court of Appeals, and establishing a bright line rule that operators of emergency vehicles are not authorized to ignore specific statutory mandates contained in the rules of the road.

Along with Axley Attorney Guy DuBeau, obtained a jury verdict of $1 million+ in damages in plaintiff’s suit against chemical manufacturer following two-week trial in Stevens Point, Wisconsin

Represents parties in connection with indoor air quality issues, including Sick Building Syndrome, mold claims and litigation

Represents individuals and businesses in disputes with the IRS and the Wisconsin Department of Revenue

Defended Lake Koshkonong Wetland Association against Lake District attempts to raise water level and flood out Thiebeau Hunting Club marsh
