Served as the Developer’s lead legal counsel in connection with an expedited and complex approval, construction and delivery process, including public-private collaborative efforts with the City of Kenosha, the State of Wisconsin, and the end user. The project is one of the largest in Wisconsin and includes new buildings with over two million square feet of floor space, serves as the workplace of over 2000 employees, and had construction costs in excess of $250,000,000. The timeline from site selection, municipal and State approvals, permitting, construction and opening a completed and operating facility was less than 18 months.
